Celtic Heart

Here is what I've gotten done so far on Celtic Heart.

I decided to start working on the inside rather that doing all of the border first. Less counting and I feel like I'm getting more done.
I was working outside the house over the weekend and I noticed that flowers are starting to come up in the flower bed near the house in the back yard. I don't have pictures of it yet but, I'll keep an eye on them and post some as soon as they get bigger and start to bloom. I bought some bulbs from one of the ladies I work with (her son was selling them for boy scouts). I can't wait for them to come in so I can get out in back and plant them, now that I know where things are blooming so far. I also need to make a trip to the garden store in the next few weeks once they start to get their flowers in so I can get some more plants for the back yard. I have a great spot in the back corner of the yard that I want to plant daisy's in.

I'll send you a garden housewarming gift as soon as my babies are big enough to divide this year - late spring, I figure... they are only little tiny green pips trying and struggling to surface right now. Glad you have some stuff from the previous owner to look forward to. Good start on Celtic Heart!

I love the colours!
... but talking about gardens and flowers, did me thinking... how's "Snappie" doing?
He's so cute!
I know, I should look at myself..., mine hasn't even one stitch in the fabric, but it's kitted and ready to start...
;o)
