February Finish

Well so much for good intentions and finishing my L*K Flip-it last night. So I sat down first thing this morning and now she's done.
I think I'm going to work on Miss Valentine next. Then maybe towards the end of the month I'll do another L*K month. That is unless something else is calling to me. As long as I get the month I'm in done each month then anything else I can get done is a plus.
I got my first birthday gift in the mail yesterday. It's from AnneMarie. I'm being good and I've put it away till my birthday. I'm going to have a nice sit down and open everything at once. When I told DH that I"d gotten a gift and I'd put it away his comment to me was "well you should, it's not your birthday yet!" LOL so much for 'oh why wait honey..go ahead and open it now.' :)

The stitching is adorable!!

Since my DH tells me I'm a bad influence (I'm always prodding him to take a day off from work), I'll play the "bad guy" here and say, "Go ahead Jenn, OPEN your gift! It's your birthday soon anyway!" lol... ;)

If he won't, I will: Oh, why wait Jenn... go ahead and open it now!! Enjoy!!

Your LK finish is very cute, I like the way they used the buttons in the flowers to give it added depth. Looking forward to seeing Miss Valentine again, her colors are so pretty.

As to your present, you're much stronger than I am, I don't think I could wait that long to open a surprise.

Very cute little heart!

Opening everything at once is so much more gratifying. But I doubt I'd have the self control to wait lol. Way to go Jenn!

I love your LK February, Jenn! And I'm very proud of you for not opening the present. I always decide not to open pressies before the big day, and then ten seconds later, I always find myself surrounded by heaps of paper and holding my present :o)

I could never wait like that! I'd have to open it right away!

Great finish! It is such a cute one. In answer to your question on my blog, I am watching all the Oscar winners for Best Picture, even if I've already seen them. Mostly these I'm in right now are new to me! Happy soon to be birthday!
