I finished Ireland - Colleen by Cherished Teddies last night just in time for St. Patrick's Day. It's one of those patterns I've had in my stash forever and just kept putting of working on it. I think I must be affraid of what will happen when I stitch up a piece. Something silly like it won't exist anymore or something if I do it. Wierid. LOL. The other thing that was nice about this piece was I didn't have a picture of the finished piece just black and white pattern so I didn't know what it was going to look like till it was done.

I got my fabric in today from Silkweavers for Earth Angel. I'm stitching her on 28 count Sudden Storm Expressions by Slikweavers. I can't wait to get started on her!

Hi again Jenn - OK, I put my first stitches in on Earth Angel last night - I hope you have too! I posted the little blob of a pic in my blog last night (www.carolsxsblog.blogspot.com/) - was thinking I would frequently put my progress up in the blog for you - will you be posting yours to your blog?? I am psyched - this chart is gorgeous and is actually a bit smaller than the bigger projects I have been doing lately, so it looks like this will go well!! I can't wait to see how yours looks on Sudden Storm :-)
