She now has legs....

and I keep expecting her to walk off the fabric but, she wouldn't be able to see
where she is going yet. :)

With all the NCAA basketball on this weekend I've been able to get a lot done on the Easter Fairy. I'm really loving the colors in her dress. The blues all look so pretty together. Also maybe it's just the lot of floss that I got (cause both pieces use the same floss color)but, I like the coloring I'm getting on her arms/legs so far. It's not as...blotchy as the Christmas Fairy Elf. I just did not like how her face came out (light at the top, dark at the bottom). I did discover a little while ago that I have 2 extr rows of yellow just below her arms. So I well be frogging all that out tomorrow and hopefully re-doing it before my next scan.

We had a nice, but, quite weekend. between the basketball games we were able to squeeze in 2 more episodes of Firefly. I'm going to be sad when we have finished all the discs and the movie. I wish I had given this show a chance when it was on. But, from what I hear about how Fox aired it they really showed everything out of order. So I probably wouldn't be as into it as I am now.

Back to work tomorrow. :P Hope the week goes quickly.

Easter Fairy is coming along really nicely. I like this one, but I'm still not 100% sure on the colour of fabric they've chosen. Maybe I'd have to see it in person before I say anymore!!!

I love Firefly - but it is so disappointing that it ends right in the middle of things so try not to get too in to it :( I too never knew anything about it when it first aired but watched the dvds and then the movie. They did such a good job with all the characters!

Hi Jenn,
I love your sense of humour about she wouldn't be able to see where she is going yet. LOL!
It is also good to see the ribbon/violets (?), the official Mirabilia photo does not do her right, I've seen some lovely EF much better photographed than the official Mira photo! If you keep up with her in this pace you can make her ready in time before Easter! I'll keep my toes crossed, otherwise I could not type nor stitch! :o)
