Mental breakdowns are a good thing....

I'd like to thank everyone for the messages you left here on my blog for me and for the e-mails that I got. I know I shouldn't have snapped...well maybe I should have...but, I shouldn't have done it on here. I was just feeling so alone.

So the reason that Mental/nervous breakdowns are a good thing is becuase right after I snapped we sold our condo...AND not only did we sell our condo but, the house we wanted we were able to get. So I do feel a little stupid for snapping but I've just got to learn that this is how things happen in my life. It just has to get so bleak looking for me and like I can't manage it any more and then everything just turns around the way I want it.

I've known since Sunday that we got the house we wanted but, I didn't want to post about it on here till we had had the home inspection on our condo (which was last night). I figured after that they can't really back out. I'm still nervous like it won't all happen but, i'm taking the chance this time that the gods aren't against me this time and it will all work out. Our closing is going to be on Nov 15. So right now we are living in a sea of boxes with more to come on Saturday when my parents come over to help us back. I keep doing a little something every day regarding the house and packing a few boxes when I get home.

In this time I've also been stitching. Here is what I've gotten done on my Little Snap Dragon. I just love the way he (yeah I think it's a boy dragon) is looking. I got the colors I need to fill his head in yesterday so I hope to be able to find some time to work on him tonight.

I was packing up the computer desk last night and I came across a piece of fabric in there that I dont' have a need for so I wanted to see if anyone might be interested in it. It's from Silkweavers. I'm asking $8.00 for it and if your in the US I can ship it to you for $1.00.

Antiqute Gold Lugana 28 count 26" x 36"

If your interested in it send me an e-mail.

Hi Jenn!!!
So good to "see" you again!!!
Hurray, on getting the new house and selling the condo!!!
Concentrate on the move and settling down in your new house first, and after that and everything calmes down, who knows what else might happen. :o)
I was thrilled seeing you have started stitching Snapdragon!
I love it!!!
He or she(?) is such a beautyful creature!

Congratulations. The house, the condo and ? All great things come in 3's.

Snapping might just have done the trick for you and it's great to get it out of your system.

BUT please don't do that to us again, disappearing like that because I missed you and was worried about you.

{{{hugs}}}

We moved 2 years ago and the stress was just awful. I think we had quite a few melt downs in the process so I really feel for you. Good thing that the condo passed inspection and congratulations on getting the house.

Great progress on the snapdragon, the design is so cute.

Hugs! I'm so happy for you and Paul. You know how I get at times so I completely understand how you felt or at least can understand the feeling from my point of view. Just remember ol' Bock Bock and Timmy...lol. I'm glad you are back posting and showing your stitching. I was missing your posts.
